Upon the receipt of request manpower from the employing companies or recruiting agencies from abroad, the documents are collected fully understanding their needs regarding the categories of workforce. The document collection is done through our PROs scattered all over Nepal, 7 well trusted and authorized individuals. We also have our own data bank having manual and computerized data base of all the categories in our office.
The collected documents are scrutinized by our Documentation department in which the candidates CVs along with other testimonials are thoroughly verified and authenticated.
The candidates are informed to report to our office for pre-screening and the assessment on several aspects required by the employers. The short listed candidates are then interviewed face to face by our competent human resources consultants or by the representatives of the employing company. If desired, we provide all the facilities to the representative of the company to conduct interview in an amicable environment in our office premises. To judge the skills of the skilled category workers, the trade tests are also conducted.
The candidates selected from the interview and the trade tests are then sent for their medical fitness check-up to the authorized medical centers where they go through various tests specified by the employing countries.
After the medical examination, candidates are sent for the GSG (Immigration Clearance Security. Candidates must carry required documents for the GSG.
Finally, adhering to the requirements of the concerned employing countries, the complete documents of only the medically fit candidates are forwarded to the employing companies for the processing of the visa through couriers or by e-mail. The candidates are then followed up and informed time and again about the status of their visa.
Once the visa is received, the candidates are notified and called for the orientation program. The orientation lessons are imparted compulsorily to all the candidates by the expert consultants appointed by the Department of Labor, Nepal. The course is conducted to make the workers fully aware of the labor Laws of Nepal and also familiarize with the employing companies, rules and regulations and immigration policies of the concerned countries. On the completion of the orientation course, each worker is provided with a certificate.
After the labor approval is complete, worker’s travel arrangements are made for their respective destinations. The travel itinerary is communicated to the employing companies well in advance to enable them for the submission of required documents for their pick up at the airport.
Before the workers proceed to the airport they are made to sign the agreement letters between the employing companies which consist of their nature of work, salary , duty hours and other terms and conditions. The workers are briefed regarding the procedures involved in the airport in Nepal and about transit route, if any, during their flight to the destination. We also make them know about the procedures to clear the immigration in the destination country, its rule and regulations.
